Our Search Model
You pay SALES TALENT GROUP the same way you pay your SALESPEOPLE. Our contained search model is a hybrid of retained and contingent models, and mirrors the compensation structure of your sales organization. Your sales professionals receive a base salary + bonus/commission and we receive engagement fee (1/3 of potential fee) + remainder placement fee.
