What is the Contained Search Model?
Plain and simple…you pay SALES TALENT GROUP the same way you pay your SALESPEOPLE. Our contained search model is a hybrid model of the retained and contingent models, and mirrors the compensation structure of your sales organization. Your sales professionals receive a base salary + bonus/commission and we receive an engagement fee (one-third of the potential fee) + a success fee for placing an outstanding individual on your team.
We are paid initially for the upfront work we provide in thoroughly understanding your position, and for the time and resources our highly experienced Executive Sales Recruiters invest in strategically sourcing the very best candidates for your role. However, the majority of our fee comes from us successfully finding you a top sales person. We call it a success fee because we are paid based on RESULTS.

Dedicated Resources & Customized Search
Once we have an agreement signed, we use a systematic, targeted discovery process to thoroughly understand your open position and customize your search. We then dedicate all of our various resources to your position and consult with you during each step of the recruitment process. This model allows for transparency throughout the process and helps builds trust with all team members.
Direct Sourcing Passive Candidates
Here lies the difference between a corporate human resource department and us. We do not post positions and wait for candidates to apply. We are actively and continually in the market networking and building relationships with top sale professionals. We have a database of over 15,000 candidates and over 10,000 First Level connections on LinkedIn which enables us to reach those “hard to contact” passive candidates. Many of the best candidates may not be actively seeking a new opportunity until we reach out to them.
Security
We are confident in our process and will provide you with a courtesy replacement within a specified period of time. We also follow up at 30-60-90 day increments with the hiring manager and candidate to ensure a successful placement has been made.
